ARC review and approval is required prior to any exterior structural or landscaping changes or additions to your property. You may email AuburnYFHOA@gmail.com with the completed ARC form to request ARC approval for your project. The ARC strives to review requests as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 days for review. The ARC will review your request and respond directly with any questions or with their approval of your project. Once you receive confirmation of the ARC approval, you may proceed with scheduling your project.
